We try hard to make your shopping experience with Personalised Books & Gifts enjoyable, so if for any reason you have a complaint, we would like to hear from you. Please call our customer services number on 0845 6441994, or email us, support@personalisedbooks.inuk.com
All complaints will be treated confidentially and will be dealt with as quickly and fairly as possible. Most complaints will be acknowledged by return, and all will be acknowledged within five working days. Where a problem takes longer than expected to reach an acceptable solution, we will keep you informed of progress.
Personalised Gifts
Please remember orders for some of our personalised gifts may take up to 2 weeks from receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel personalised orders once placed as the items are made specially for you. Some items may take a little longer for delivery due to the processes involved in their manufacture. However we will keep you informed of any delays.
Item Descriptions
Products are described as accurately as possible, but colours, designs and materials may occasionally vary from those shown. (Colours due to website and browser limitations).
Returns Policy
At Personalised Books and Gifts we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.
However Personalised items can only be exchanged if they contain an error on our part.
This will be done free of charge. Refunds cannot be given.
